摘要
目的探讨《外科护理学》教学管理方法,规范《外科护理学》教学,加快护理人才的培养。方法将PDCA循环理论应用于《外科护理学》教学。结果通过PDCA循环理论在《外科护理学》教学中的应用,使《外科护理学》教学进一步科学化和规范化。结论在《外科护理学》教学中应用PDCA循环管理,有利于对教学全过程进行检查和处理;有利于提高护生的素质和能力;有利于提高教师的教学水平。
Objective To explore the management methods and standardize the teaching of surgical nursing, and accelerate the cultivation of nursing talents. Methods The theory of PDCA cycle was applied in the teaching of surgical nursing. Result This practice made the teaching of surgical nursing more scientific and standardized. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle management in the teaching of surgical nursing was beneficial not only for the evaluation and improvement of the whole process of teaching, but also for the improvement of students' competence and level of teachers.
