摘要
如今合伙企业的运行成本过高的问题应怎样解决,根据新制度经济学的理论,从产权结构、监督机制、企业治理三个方面分析,要建立产权清晰、权责明确的产权制度,强化合伙人之间的信任关系,而且还要健全合伙企业的规章制度,只有这样才能提高合伙企业的经济效益。
How to solve the problem of the high management cost of partnership enterprises？ According to the related theories of new institutional economics and the analysis from production the power structure, the direct mechanism and enterprise management, we should establish a system with clear power and duty, strengthen the believable relation between all partners, and improve the rules and regulations of partnership enterprises so as to increase their economic efficiency.
