摘要
针对电站锅炉一次风粉在线监测系统中的关键部件:一次风粉风速测量装置,在总结和分析传统风速测量装置优缺点的基础上,提出新的设计思路,并开发出一种新的靠背型一次风粉风速测量装置。该装置由于自身的特殊结构和制作工艺,解决了感压孔堵塞和磨损问题,其在模拟风洞实验台上的性能实验数据表明:该装置能够应用于圆形、矩形管道,含粉气流;在被测管道前后直段短的情况下,速度系数偏差基本保持在±2%以内,满足工业应用的测量精度要求。
Primary air - velocity measuring unit is the key part of primary on - line monitoring system for boilers. By analyzing merits and demerits of traditional primary air- velocity measuring units, a new design method is proposed, and a new air- velocity measuring unit of back - to - back type is developed. The unit can conquer jam of pressure - receipt slit and abrasion, while corresponding performance measurements are conducted in the new - build wind tunnel. Experimental data indicate that this new unit can be applied to circular and rectangular duct, dust contained gas. Meanwhile, under the conditions of shorter straight section in the front and rear of the position where the unit is fixed, its deviation of speed - coefficient keeps in the range of ±2%, and can fully meet the demands of industry application.
