摘要
本文阐述院士著作馆建立的意义、独特的资源及服务功能,结合全国科技大会上胡锦涛同志的重要讲话,论述院士著作馆创新性的工作及发展在建设创新型国家中应发挥的作用。
In accordance with the speech that President HU Jingtao had made in the National Science and Technology Congress ,this paper expatiates the meaning of establishing the Hall of Academicians＇ Works, the resource particularity of Hall of Academicians＇ Works should have, as it＇ s innovation - or ientend task and development,to the development of our country＇ s science and techcology program.
