摘要
目的:总结血管内覆膜支架治疗降主动脉夹层动脉瘤的应用经验。方法:使用血管内覆膜支架治疗DebakeyⅢ型主动脉夹层动脉瘤7例,通过股动脉将覆膜支架送至降主动脉破口处,释放支架封闭破口。结果:所有患者覆膜支架放置成功,1例患者因有多处破口放置了2枚支架,术后随访发现所有破口均完全封闭。结论:血管内覆膜支架植入术是治疗降主动脉夹层动脉瘤的一种新方法,可降低手术并发症。
Objective：To summarize the experience of clinical application with stent -graft placement in the treatment of descending aortic dissection. Methods：Seven case with Debakey Ⅲ aortic dissection were treated by using endovascular stent - graft. The stent - graft was sealed on the intimal rupture and extended to anchor on the aortic wall via femoral artery. Results： All cases were successful. Because descending aortic dissection in one patient has several tears, another stent - graft was inserted. All rupture shrank considerably. Conclusion ： The placement of endovascular stent - graft is an effective way to treat the descending aortic dissection~ It can reduce the complication.
