摘要
本文将超声波应用于反渗透系统中,以期延长反渗透膜的使用周期;对天津石化公司微滤前污水、微滤水、自来水三种水样进行实验,以测定不同条件下水样的吸光度和电导率作为评价超声波效果的指标,初步确认通过超声波降低石化污水中有机污染物在反渗透膜上的附着,延长膜的使用周期是可行的。
The ultrasonic wave was applied to the reverse osmosis system in order to prolong the using cycle of reverse osmosis membrane in this paper. an experiment on three kinds of the water samples in Tianjin Petrochemical Company was done. The absorbance and conductivity in different conditions were determined which was used to evaluate the function of the ultrasonic wave in reverse osmosis system. It was confirmed initially that the ultrasonic wave could be used to reduce the pollutants in petrochemical waste water adhering to the reverse osmosis membrane, and prolong the using cycle of the reverse osmosis membrane.
