摘要
作为一种新的遗产类型,文化线路虽尚未正式以独立的遗产类型出现,但它体现了世界遗产发展的方向和趋势,因此受到了全世界遗产界的重视。但由于诞生时间较短、内涵丰富、内容复杂,文化线路还缺乏清晰的界定,还存在着理解上的混淆等问题。就文化线路涉及的几个难点如文化线路与文化景观之关系、线性遗产与文化线路之关系、文化线路的产权界定等进行了辨析,希望能对我国大量潜在的文化线路遗产的申报、保护和利用有所裨益。
Although cultural routes are not officially independently appearing in the World Heritage List as a new heritage criterion, it represents the trend and direction of the development of world heritage. That is why it was focused on the whole world. But because of lack of history, a fertile and complicated content, cultural route is still not clearly defined and misunderstanding. This paper argues some puzzled point such as the relationship between cultural landscape and cultural routes, linear heritage and cultural routes, the property of cultural routes and so on. and hopes it would be helpful for Chinese cultural route＇s application, protection, and utilization.
