颅脑损伤患者血清抗利尿激素及心钠素水平分析 被引量:2

Analysis of serum ADH and ANP in craniocerebral injury patients

摘要 目的探讨血清中心钠素(ANP)及抗利尿激素(ADH)水平在颅脑损伤患者发生低钠血症中的作用机制。方法采用放射免疫分析(RIA)法,对29例重型及17例中型颅脑损伤患者血清ANP及ADH水平进行检测。结果重型颅脑损伤患者血清ANP水平(35.8±14.09)明显低于中型颅脑损伤患者(79.7±30.75)及正常对照(162.3±38.41)(P<0.01),中型颅脑损伤患者血清ANP水平亦明显低于正常对照(P<0.01)。重型颅脑损伤患者血清ADH水平(21.7±9.38)明显高于中型颅脑损伤患者(14.9±6.15)及正常对照(8.07±4.03)(P<0.01),中型颅脑损伤患者血清ADH水平亦明显高于正常对照(P<0.01),此种变化在发生低钠血症的颅脑损伤患者中表现更为明显。结论ANP及ADH水平变化在颅脑损伤患者发生低钠血症的过程中起着重要的作用,检测血清ANP及ADH对监测患者病情发展、指导临床药物使用及制定治疗方案具有重要临床应用价值。 [Objective] To detect the expression of serum ANP and ADH in craniocerebral injury patients and to explore the functions of them in hyponatremia. [Methods] The expression of ANP and ADH in 29 severe and 17 middle severe craniocerebral injury patients were detected with RIA method. [Results] The expression of ANP in severe craniocerebral injury patients (35.80±14.09) is significantly lower than that of the middle severe craniocerebral injury patients (79.70±30.75) and normal group (162.30±38.41) (P 〈0.01). The expression of ANP in middle severe craniocerebral injury patients is also significantly lower than normal group (P 〈0.01). The expression of ADH in severe craniocerebral injury patients (21.70±9.38) is significantly higher than that of the middle severe craniocerebral injury patients (14.90±6.15) and normal group (8.07±4.03) (P 〈0.01), the expression of ADH in middle severe craniocerebral injury patients is also significantly higher than normal group(P 〈0.01), this change is even more obvious in craniocerebral injury patients with hyponatremia. [Conclusion] The expression of ADH and ANP have significant function in the course of occurring hyponatremia in craniocerebral injury patients, detecting the expression of serum ANP and ADH have significant clinical value in judging patients state, directing medicine and constitute Rx.
