摘要
近年来对中压大功率逆变器的需求日益增加,多电平逆变器已引起人们极大的兴趣。文章对当前水平的各种多电平逆变器的拓扑,如:二极管箝位逆变器、电容器箝位逆变器、级联多电平逆变器、通用多电平拓扑、复合电平混合多电平拓扑、不对称混合多电平拓扑及软开关多电平逆变器等的工作原理作了简要的综述。
Due to the great demand of medium-voltage high-power inverter, the multilevel inverter has drawn tremendous interest ever since. This paper presents a detailed review for state-of-the-art topologies of multilevel inverter, such as diode-clamped inverter, capacitor-clamped inverter, cascaded multi-cell converter, generalized multilevel cells, mixed-level hybrid multilevel cells, asymmetric hybrid multilevel cells and soft-switched multilevel converters etc.
