摘要
以半胱胺为原料,合成了N2S2类双功能联接剂前体即N-(2”-对甲氧苄巯乙基)-2-[(2’-对甲氧苄巯乙基)氨基]乙酰胺。介绍了两种合成方法的技术路线及操作过程,并给出了产率。通过IR1、HNMR等对中间产物及产物进行了确证。此外,将合成的化合物制成更稳定且易于保存的盐酸盐,并经IR等进行了检验,确定了此处理是合理可行的。
N - [ 2" - (4 - methoxybenzylmercapto) ethyl ] - 2 - [ (2' - (4 - methoxybenzylmercapto) ethyl) amino ] acetamide as the precuror of N2 S2 series bifunetional coupling agent (BFCA) was synthesized by using Cysteamine as raw material. The intermediate and the final product were investigated by IR and ^1HNMR. The hydrochloride of this compound was prepared, which is more stable than its chelators, the feasibility of this method was also testified by measuring some relevant spetroseopic properties of samples as prepared.
