易碎钨合金穿甲弹芯的注射成形研究 被引量:8

摘要 对采用注射成形工艺得到的Φ22.5 mm的易碎钨合金弹芯进行了研究,注射成形工艺为混炼、注射、溶剂脱脂、热脱脂、烧结等。结果表明:180℃×2 h的混炼工艺所得的喂料均匀,注射成形的最佳温度为180~200℃;在30~45℃条件下的溶剂脱脂一般不会产生溶胀、开裂等缺陷,溶剂脱脂24 h后,脱脂率大于40%;注射试样在溶剂脱脂后形成了连通孔道;热脱脂以5℃/min快速升温;采用二步法烧结,减少了变形,提高产品的致密度。 Injection molding process was studied for Ф22.5 mm fragile tungsten alloys penetrator, including mixing, injection, solvent debinding, thermal debinding and sintering. As a result, feedstocks were mixed for 2 hours at 180 ℃, the optimum injection molding temperature was between 180 ℃ and 200 ℃; the molded product was subjected to solvent debinding for 24 hours at 30-45 ℃, no defect was found in the molded product, and the debinding ratio was up to 40%; when pore was formed in the molded product, the molded part should be heated at a heat-up rate of 5 ℃/min, and was sintered by two-step method which reduced to distortion and the density of obtained sampes was improved.
