摘要
介绍了超大模数齿轮齿条的切削加工现状,分析了国内外数控火焰切割技术状况,根据我国该领域的加工情况,提出应采用实验研究、理论分析和有限元模拟等相结合的方法,解决超大模数齿轮齿条的加工问题.
The cutting process actuality of the supermodulus gear and rack is introduced in this paper. A ctualities on the precision forming technology of NC flame cutting on super-modulus gear and rack is analyzed both in domestic and overseas. Some technical opinions are put forward according to machining status in the field in China.
