介绍了新开发的一种流通环节冲击和振动烈度监控新产品,论述了基本原理和结构,分析了跌落冲击标定实验结果,获得了可用于不同易损度商品的加速度监控参数。该产品的问世,使原先仅在包装动力学研究中采用而系统极为复杂昂贵的流通环境监测进入了实用化阶段,具有良好的工程价值和拓展应用空间。
This article introduces a new kind of invention, which is capable of monitoring the intensity of the impact and vibration in circulation phase, discusses its fundamental principle and structure, analyses the results of the impact experiment and gains the corresponding monitoring parameters of different specification products. The appearance of this product which holds great applicable value and developing space makes the circulation environment monitoring enter into the practical phase, for this complex and dear process is only originally applied in package dynamics research.
