摘要
对玉米纹枯病与产量性状进行相关、回归和通径分析,结果表明,玉米纹枯病级与株高、行粒数、穗长、穗粗、叶面积和单株产量有负相关关系,与秃尖有正相关关系;各性状对单株产量的回归方程式为Y=-290.891+0.183X1-2.345X2+1.789X3+5.745X4-3.846X5+44.631X6+1.994X7+0.009X8,对应的X1为株高,X2为病级,X3为行粒数,X4为穗长,X5为秃尖,X6为穗粗,X7为穗行数,X8为叶面积;通径分析显示,玉米纹枯病主要是通过减少穗长、穗粗、行粒数、叶面积以及加大秃尖来影响产量的。
The correlation and path analyses were done between maize sheath blight and yield traits. The results showed that the disease scale was negatively correlated with plant height, grains numbers per row, ear length, ear thickness, leaf area and yield per plant, and was positively correlated with bald length. The linear regression equation about yield per plant and all traits was Y=-290. 891+ 0. 183X1-2. 345X2 + 1. 789X3+ 5. 745X4- 3. 846X5+44. 631X6+1. 994X7+0. 009X8, and X1, X2, X3, X4, X5, X6, X7, X8 were plant height, disease scale, grains per row, ear length, bald length, ear thickness, rows per ear and leaf area, respectively. The path analysis showed that the yield of maize were mainly affected by maize sheath blight through decreasing ear height, ear thickness, grains per row and increasing bald length.
