摘要
水稻白叶枯病是危害水稻的三大病害之一。SSR标记在水稻抗白叶枯病基因鉴定和抗病育种研究方面取得了很大的进展。目前,针对水稻抗白叶枯病基因开发的SSR标记不多,对利用SSR标记开展水稻抗白叶枯病分子辅助育种还存在一定的局限性,利用已与抗白叶枯病基因建立连锁关系的SSR标记来累加抗白叶枯病基因是拓宽白叶枯病抗性遗传基础的最有效的方法。
Rice bacterial leaf blight (BLB) is one of the three major diseases in rice. Study on SSR markers in gene identification and resistance breeding of BLB has made a great progress. At present, the special SSR markers for rice bacterial leaf blight gene(s) are lack, so the molecular assistant selection (MAS) in resistance breeding of BLB is limited. According to that, applying the SSR markers with linkage relationship to rice bacterial leaf blight gene(s) to pyramid resistant genes is the most effective way to exploit the genetic sources of BLB resistance.
