中华微刺盲蝽触角环境扫描电镜观察 被引量:15

Observation of the Antennal Sensilla of Campylomma chinensis(Hemiptera:Miridae) by Environmental Scanning Electron Microscope

摘要 采用环境扫描电镜观察中华微刺盲蝽Campylomma chinensisSchuh的触角,结果表明,中华微刺盲蝽触角由基节、柄节、梗节和鞭节组成.绝大部分触角感器位于触角的背面、腹面和外侧面.♀、♂两性触角上均存在7种感器,即毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、腔锥形感器、具弯钩形感器、蒲姆氏鬃毛和腔形感器,各种感器在♀、♂两性触角上的分布和数量没有明显的区别.此外♂性触角还有3种感器,即乳形感器、钟形感器和圆柱形感器,其功能可能与接受性信息素有关,其中乳形感器是一种新发现的昆虫触角感器. The antennae of Campylomma chinensis Schuh were observed by means of environmental scanning electric microscope. The results showed that the antenna was consisted of base segment, scape, pedicel and flagellum. Most of the sensilla locate in the dorsum, pronesurface and flank of the antennae. Seven types of sensilla, sensilla trichodea, sensillum chaetica, sensillum basiconca, sensillum coeloconica, bent-tipped sensilla, Boehm's bristles, sensilla coeloconica were found on the antennae both of female and male. The numbers and distribution of sensilla in female C. chinensis were not different from those of male one. But there are three types of sensilla, sensilla mammilliformia, sensilla campaniformia and sensilla cylindrical were only appeared on the antennae of male, it maybe correlation with sex pheromone. And the sensilla mammilliformia was reported as sensillum of insects' antennae for the first time.
