摘要
以单环刺螠幼螠为材料测定其生活环境的部分水质指标。单环刺螠幼螠生存，水温超过31．6℃会导致幼死亡，且降温后幼螠不能恢复；幼螠生存的盐度为13．8—35．9，适宜盐度20．8—35．2；幼螠生存的pH为4．0—10．5，适宜pH5．96—9．01。盘锦地区近岸沿海和海水养殖池塘可以进行单环刺螠的养殖。水质因子可以满足其正常生长发育。
Tolerance of Urechis unicoinctus juvenile to temperature, salinity and pH value were studied. The upper temperature was 31.6 ℃ for survival. The juveniles were survival at a salinity of 13.8 to 35.9 and at pH value from 4.0 to 10.5. However, the optimal salinity and pH value ranged from 20.8 to 35.2 and 5.96 to 9.01 for the juveniles, respectively. These results showed that Urechis unicoinctus could be cultured along Panjin coast as well as in the seawater culture ponds.
