摘要 独立通风笼系统(IVC)具有节约能源、设备维护和运行费用低、防止交叉感染等优点,适用于SPF级大、小鼠饲育及实验,在实验动物科学领域中得到了普及使用。本文就IVC的历史发展、适用范围、优缺点等进行了初步讨论。 Animal scientific experiments have become the support terms of medical sciences. Individual Ventilated Cages which could save power source and prevent cross-contamination were popularly used in feeding of specific pathogens free animals, including mice and rats, It is important to recognize and choose correctly, and their history, applicability, merit or drawbacus were discussed in this article.
