摘要
该文就本实验室的实际管理经验出发并结合目前实验室普遍存在的管理难问题，提出：实验室的管理要有章可依，并且要公开公正地严格按章办事；实验室人员要有明确的分工并相互帮助；大中型仪器专人管理使用；制度要随发展而不断完善；实验室管理者要用心管理，才能发挥实验室的最佳功能。
This Paper based on Lab. management practice and the ubiquitous difficult problem in lab. management currently, bring out： lab. management should have regulations and must base on them openly and justly ; The fellow in Lab. Should divide the work definitely and help each other; great and middle type equipment should be assigned to specialized man; regulations should be more perfect with seminary and Lab. development; to get optimal function of laboratory supervisor should deal with work sincerely and carefully.
