摘要
针对现行的电力建设条件,分析了电力负荷控制管理系统在电力系统中的重要性,以及系统设计原则、技术要点,尤其重点分析了需求侧负荷管理系统的通信组网方法和功能建设要求。
Aiming at the present situation of electric power construction, the importance of electric power load control system was analyzed as well as design principle, technical characteristics, especially the communication networking method and function setup requirement for load management on demand side was highlighted.
