床旁血液滤过治疗重症急性胰腺炎18例疗效观察 被引量：18

摘要 目的:探讨连续性静脉-静脉血液滤过(CVVH)治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的疗效。方法:18例SAP患者均接受了CVVH治疗,平均治疗时间为68h。观察治疗前、中、后患者的血液生化指标、血常规、血气分析。结果:18例患者中,治愈6例,好转8例,死亡4例,死亡率为22.2%。CVVH治疗过程中血流动力学稳定。结论:SAP患者早期行CVVH治疗,可改善SAP预后,降低病死率。
