摘要
本文以８０９８单片机为核心，采用集成温度传感器（ＡＤ５９０）进行温度检测，利用单片机中的Ａ／Ｄ部件进行四通道温度信号采集，经数据处理和ＰＩＤ调节后，由高速输出部件（ＨＳＯ）输出四路温度控制信号和两路越限告警信号，实现了对多回路温度的精确测量与控制，并通过键盘显示器实现测控功能的选择，参数的在线修改和实时显示等。文中给出了详细的硬件原理电路和软件设计。
An application of are single microcomputer on temperature's accurate measuring and controlling has been given in this paper.Using AD590 as temperature's transducer,four channel temperature signals can be detected by Arc unit of microcomputer.Through data processing and PID adjusting,four temperature's control singals and two over limit alarm signals are output by HSO unit.The measuring and controlling functions can be selectal by keyboard. The real time parameters are displayed on led.The detailed design of hardware and software has been given in this Paper.
