摘要
云南省某竹浆造纸厂采用锅炉烟道气循环酸化加絮凝沉淀法预处理造纸黑液,预处理后的黑液和中段废水及抄纸白水混合,用氧化沟进行处理,效果稳定可靠,出水水质达到《造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB3544—2001)和《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978—1996),表明采用以锅炉烟道气循环酸化和氧化沟为主的工艺处理竹浆造纸废水是可行的,对工程中存在的问题及今后的改进方向也进行了分析。
A bamboo slurry paper-making plant in Yunnan Province uses circulating acidification with boiler smoke and flocculating/settling for pretreatment of black liquid. Then the pretreated effluent was mixed with mid-stage wastewater and white water to be treated by oxidation ditch. The treating effect is stable and reliable, the effluent quality can meet with Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Paper Industry (GB 3544 -2001 ) and Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standards (GB 8978 - 1996). All resuits indicate that using circulating acidification of boiler smoke and oxidation ditch is feasible. Finally, some disadvantage existed in this project and suggestions were presented.
