摘要
分析了网络环境下高校图书馆参考咨询服务工作的特点和现状,提出了搞好此项服务工作的对策。
This paper analyzes on the features and present situation of the reference and consultancy service of university library under the network environment, and advances some countermeasures for doing well this service.
