摘要
研究了高强度钢不同镀层的镀层结构、电镀渗氢行为及氢脆性能。分析研究了镀层结构与低氢脆性能的关系,对氢含量分布和工艺阴极电流效率也进行了分析。结果表明镀层的氢脆性能与镀层结构有密切关系,但不完全由镀层结构决定。高强度钢电镀的低氢脆机理有三种:以氯化铵镀镉为代表的高阴极电流效率模式;以低氢脆镀镉为代表的镀层高孔隙率模式;以镀镉-钛为代表的镀层成分和结构综合作用模式。
The plating structure, property of hydrogen permeation, hydrogen embrittlement of different plating that used for high-strength steels were studied. The relationship between plating structure and hydrogen embrittlement was analysised. The distribution of hydrogen content and cathodic current was also analysised. The results indicated that the hydrogen embrittlement performance was related to plating structure, but was not completely determined by it. There are three kinds of mechanism to explain the low hydrogen embrittlement of plating for high-strength steels. The three models were high cathodic current efficiency which presented by cadmium plating from ammonium chloride bath, high pores presented by low hydrogen embrittlement cadmium, plating component in cooperation with structure which presented by Cd-Ti plating.
