摘要 以IR64为受体的抗旱基因聚合杂交后代150个新品系为材料,对其在旱作和水作条件下的加工品质进行了测定,分析了旱作和水作处理下稻米加工品质的差异性和关系,结果表明:旱作降低了稻米的加工品质,其中对整精米率的影响最大,其次是精米率,对糙米率的影响较小;随着糙米率和精米率的增加,旱作比水作处理的糙米率降低的越多;整精米率中到较高的范围内,旱作与水作的差异较稳定。但也存在着少数抗旱新品系在旱作条件下和水作条件下相近甚至稍高一些,这些品系在旱作条件下其加工品质影响较小甚至基本上不受影响,可作为旱作推广的良好品系,同时也可以作为抗旱资源加以改造和利用。 With the material of 150 new varieties of dry resistance gene convergent cross generation, the milling quality diversity and correlation are analysed between dry-cultivation and water-cultivation. The results are as follows: dry-cultivation lower the rice milling quality, lower the head rice most, then the milled rice, lower the brown rice slightly. With the increasing of brown rice and milled rice, the diversity of dry-cultivation and water-cultivation becoming more. The head rice diversity is relatively stable. From the results we can see that there are some variety lines has good dry resistance, their dry-cultivated milling quality are equal or better than that of water-cultivated. And those lines normally has good dry resistance. They can be used to use widely.
