摘要
针对当前我国历史遗产保护面临的矛盾和困境,在吸收国外保护经验的基础上,探索市场经济条件下历史街区保护的新途径。通过对重庆市金刚碑历史街区的保护实例研究,从开发策略、保护观念、保护方式、保护过程等方面,探讨了利用市场机制引导和控制历史文化资源保护和利用的手段和方法。
