摘要
本文根据东京都23区自1920-2000年的人口统计数据,运用同心圈层解析方法对其人口密度的演化进行了分析,发现东京都的人口密度的空间分布发展经历了三个阶段;并运用数学模型分析了东京都的工作和居住的空间分布,发现东京都的空间结构正处于中心区居住空心化但商务办公核心化的过程,并认为东京都这种工作地与居住地长距离分离的且高密度开发的空间结构需要发达地轨道交通系统才能支撑。
This article analyzed the evolution of population density of Tokyo Metropolitan with concentrical sphere analytic method on the basis of demographic data of 23 administrative regions of Tokyo Metropolitan from 1920 to 2000. We further analyzed work and residential spatial distribution of Tokyo Metropolitan with mathematical models. The results show the spatial structure of Tokyo Metropolitan is presenting as a model of dwelling hollowness but commercial centralization. So we concluded that only well-developed railway transport system can support long distance separation between working area and habitant area as well as high density developmental spatial structure.
