摘要
采用武汉市湖泊淤泥作主要原料,掺入劣质湿排粉煤灰及其他工业废弃物,进行了绿色高强淤泥陶粒的研制。结果表明,淤泥陶粒较合理的焙烧温度区间为1050±50℃:淤泥陶粒的堆积密度和强度虽焙烧时间减小而减小,焙烧时间在20min-25min时烧制出陶粒的综合性能较佳:粉煤灰的掺入后宜适当提高焙烧温度、延长焙烧时间,并可显著提高陶粒的简压强度,降低其吸水率。
The green high pcrformence lightweight aggregate is prepared using lake sludge mainly, m class fly ash and some other industrial wastes. The results show that the ideal sintering temperature span of this sludge lightweight aggregate ranks from 1000℃ to 1100℃ ; the stacking density and strengthen reduced with the time of the sintering time ;the sintering time expected to be 20-25min, respectively; and the addition of fly ash can promote both the strength and other performance of lightweight aggregate and heightens the sintering temperature and prolongs the sintering time accordingly.
