老年椎体压缩骨折保守治疗与椎体成形术比较 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨在基层医院用一种简便、有效、并发症少的方法治疗老年人椎体压缩性骨折。方法对35例60岁以上胸腰段椎体压缩性骨折患者随机分组,进行保守与椎体成形术(PVP)治疗比较,综合观察疗效。结果15例PVP治疗者术后72小时腰背部疼痛缓解并下床活动,随访6个月 ̄2年基本恢复伤前生活自理状况;20例保守治疗者卧床3个月,19例腰背部疼痛不同程度缓解,1例并发肺部感染死亡;19例中并发尿路结石3例,下肢深静脉血栓形成1例。结论PVP能迅速缓解疼痛,缩短卧床时间,并发症少,是一种在基层医院值得推广的治疗老年人椎体压缩骨折的有效方法。
