微波萃取法提取桑叶和桑白皮的黄酮类成分 被引量:41

摘要 目的:微波萃取法提取桑叶和桑白皮中黄酮类成分。方法:采用正交试验设计优选出微波萃取的最佳工艺条件,并与传统醇提法相比较,同时比较桑的不同部位药材的黄酮含量。结果:微波萃取黄酮类成分的最佳工艺条件为:70%乙醇12倍量,于60℃萃取20 m in,其中提取溶剂对结果有显著影响。桑叶中的黄酮含量约为桑白皮中的9倍,且应用微波萃取法比传统醇提法分别高55%和32%。结论:微波萃取法在提取时间、溶剂用量及得率等方面明显优于传统的醇提法,适于工业生产。 Objective: To extract flavonoids in Mulberry Leaf and White Mulberry Root-bark by microuave-assisted method. Methods: An orthogonal table was used to find the best procedure for microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) of flavonoids. The advantages of MAE were explored by comparing with the commonly used extraction methods. The different contents of flavonoids in Mulberry Leaf and Mulberry Root-bark were also compared. Results: The best condition for procedure was extracting 20 min at 60℃ with 12 times of 70% ethanol. Among all factors, the ethanol concentration was significant This experiment implied that flavonoids in Mulberry Leaf were 9 times as that in Mulberry Root-bark probably. Moreover, the flavonoids extracted from Mulberry Leaf and White Mulberry Root-bark by MAE were 55% and 32% more than that from commonly used extraction method individually. Conclusion: MAE is advantageous than commonly used extraction method, It can be used for batch production.
