摘要
通信服务创新的内涵很广,意在分析狭义的服务创新,即对现在我国通信企业中存在的服务态度差,效率底下,服务形式单一等管理问题,提出必须通过花大力气完善服务功能、创新服务措施、改善服务流程等创新方法使其改进。
The meaning of communication service innovation is very wide. The aim of this paper is to analyze the restricted service innovation. Now the management problems, such as bad service attitude, low efficiency, single service form and so on , exist in our communication corporations. The paper gives some creative methods to improve them that more efforts should be put on perfecting service function, innovating service measures and ameliorating service process etc.
