摘要
目的:合理分配护士效益工资,挖掘其潜能,调动工作积极性。方法:设置相应护理岗位、岗位人数及系数,对护士实行绩效考核后测算效益工资,每月兑现。结果:优化了护理队伍,增强了护理人员的竞争意识,更新了服务理念,激发了工作积极性,提高了工作效率,保证了护理质量。结论:绩效管理在护理管理中有很大的应用价值,取得了良好的效果。
Objective:To distribute the benefit-salaries among nurses reasonably,to dig the nurses'potential ,and to inspire the nurses' work passion,Methods:Establish a set of nursing positions ,nurse numbers and salary indexes.The benefit-salaries were distibuted monthly according to the performance check .Results:The performance management had the following effects on nursing quality:it optimized the nurse groups strengthened the competition consciousness of nurses ,inspired their work passion,increased the work efficiencey ,and guaranteed the nursing quality Conclusion:It was valuable to carry out performance management in nursing management.The performance management acquired good effects.
