摘要
水稻覆膜旱作节水肥高产栽培技术是一项新兴的高效增产技术,在研究思路上彻底突破了水稻栽培和灌溉方法的传统理论,是对水稻种植制度的补充和完善。该技术能减少农药、化肥污染,节省灌溉用水和提高肥料利用率。1999年云南省引进该技术在有代表性的低产稻区开展研究与示范,迄今已在昆明市的宜良、呈贡、西山、富民,丽江市的宁蒗、玉龙,楚雄州的姚安、武定、牟定、大姚,大理州的宾川、剑川,曲靖市的沾益、会泽,文山州的砚山,红河州的泸西及临沧地区的云县等地进行了30多个田间试验,确定了该技术的种植方式、水肥管理方式及病虫草综合防治方法等关键环节,明确了该技术在本省的适用范围及效益状况,进而制订出技术规程及推广模式,并于2000年至2003年扩大试验与示范规模,在上述地区组织多个示范片,累计示范推广866.67hm^2,平均每公顷比对照增产750-1500kg,每公顷节省肥料150—225kg,节省灌溉用水1500m^3左右,取得了良好的试验与示范效果,同时研究分析了该技术的高产高效机理及生态效应。
The high production cultivation technique of the drought and saving water and to cover membrane of rice is a new and high effective increasing production technique. Thorougtdy to break through the traditional theory of paddy rice cultivation and the irrigation method in the research mentality, It is supplement and the consummation to the rice cultural system .This technology can reduce pesticides and chemical fertilizer pollution, to save irrigation water and to raise the fertilizer efficiency. In 1999 Yunnan province introduces this technology in representative low produces area for development research and the demonstration. Up to now in places such as Yiliang, Chenggong,Xishan,Fuming in the city of Kunming, Ninglang,Yulong in the city of Lijiang, Yaoan,Mouding, Dayao, in Chuxiong prefecture, Binchuan, Jianchuan in Dili prefecture, Zhanyi, Hu/ze in the city of Qujing, Yanshan in Weishan prefecture, Luxi in Honghe prefecture and Yunxian in Lincang prefecture has performed more than 30 field tests. Have determined the key link of cultural ways, water and fertilizer management ways, and integrated control disease ,pest, grass. Have been clear about the applicable scope and the benefit condition of this technology in Yunnan. Thus formulated the technical regulations and the promoted pattern. And to expand experiment and demonstrate scale in 2000 to 2003, Have organized many demonstrations in the above areas, the accumulation demonstration promotes 866.67 hm^2, compared with the comparison to increases yield 750-1 500 kg/hm^2, to save the fertilizer 150-225 kg/hm^2, to save irrigation water 1 500 m^3. Has obtained good experiment and demonstration effects. Simultaneously have studied and analyzed on the high production and the high effective mechanism and the ecology effect of this technical.
