摘要
造成监理风险的原因是复杂的、多方面的,因而有必要从理论上进行分析研究,按照其不同的属性进行归类,在处理上应该区别对待。监理必须对监理风险有一个全面、清晰的认识,从而有效地规避可能面对的风险。分析了监理的工作特征和风险因素,探讨了控制风险的方法和规避策略。
There are complicated and various reasons leading to the risk of supervision. So we have to analyze theoretically, classify them by their different attrihutes, and deal with them respectively. The supervision should have a comprehensive and distinct understanding about the risks to avoid them efficiently. The work characteristics and risk elements of supervision are analyzed, and the methods controlling risks and elusion strategy are discussed.
