摘要
本文从影响道路使用者路径选择行为的主要因素──道路收费水平、行程时间以及车辆营运消耗出发,首先建立广义行程费用的概念,然后在综合考虑道路使用者及经营者利益,同时兼顾铁路等运输方式的存在对公路运输影响的基础上,建立起高速公路收费水平优化模型。该模型与Wardrop用户均衡原则相一致,可用于确定高速公路各种车型的收费水平。
This paper presents the concept of the generalized travel cost which consists of the road tolling, travel time and transportation cost. By considering the benefit of road users and management departments, and the influence of railwayy transportation on road transportation, an optimal model for freeway tolling on the base of the generalized travel cost is set up. This model is consistant with the Wardrop's principle. it is appropriate to be used to determine the freeway tolling levels for mutiple users.
