摘要
目的观察采用超短波、红外线联合药物治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法选择228例周围性面神经麻痹患者同时采用超短波、红外线治疗，每日1次，每次15min，12次为1个疗程，并联合药物治疗（DXM10～15mg／d×7d，同时予VitB1 100mg／d，VitB12 500mg／d肌肉注射14d）。结果第1疗程、第2疗程、第3疗程、第4疗程结束时，痊愈人数分别为58人（25％）、196人（86％）、224人（98％）和226人（99％）；疗程延长，痊愈率越高。（P〈0．01）。结论超短波、红外线联合药物治疗周围性面神经麻痹效果显著，安全性高，副作用少。
Objective To observe the effects of combined ultrashort wave, infrared rays and drugs for treating peripheral facial nerve paralysis. Methods The 228 patients with peripheral facial nerve paralysis were treated by ultrashort wave,infrared rays（ each course： once a day for 12 clays） and drugs（ each course： DXM 10 - 15mg/d for 7days;VitBl 100 mg/d and VitBl2 500mg/d for 14 days） for four courses. Results The curative rates of patients who completed one course, two courses, three curses and four courses were 25% （ n = 58） ,86% （ n = 196） , 98% （ n = 224） and 99% （ n = 226） , respectively, the longer of treatment course, the higher of curative rate （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Condution The combined ultrashort wave, infrared rays and drugs has remarkable effect for the treatment of peripheral facial nerve paralysis with less adverse.
