Li离子浓度对铌酸钾锂晶体[NbO_6]^(7-)八面体畸变的影响

Effect of Li Ions Concentration on the Degeneration of [NbO_6]^(7-) Octahedron in Ferroelectric Potassium Lithium Niobate Crystals

摘要 用顶部籽晶法生长了一批不同组成的铌酸钾锂晶,用同步辐射X射线分析了晶体结晶特性,用Ph ilipsPW 2400 X射线荧光光谱法测量了晶体的组成。对三种组成的晶体样品测量了红外拉曼光谱,分析了晶体中组分离子浓度对晶体红外拉曼光谱特征的影响,结果表明,晶体中位于C格位的L i离子浓度对晶体拉曼光谱产生了强烈的影响,影响的本质在于晶体中L i含量的提高导致晶体中[NbO6]7-八面体畸变程度加大,对八面体晶格振动产生了强烈的影响。 A batch of ferrolectric potassium lithiumniobate (KLN) crystals with different compositions have been grown by TSSG technique. The crystalline character of KLN crystals have been investigated by using synchronous radiant X-ray technique. The composition of the crystals were determined by Philips PW2400 X-fluorometry. Raman spectra of these samples with three compositions have been investigated, The analysis results of these Raman spectra show the striking effects of Li content on these Raman peaks. The effects are caused by the raise of Li content, which leads to the severer aberrance of [ NbO6 ]^7- octahedron in KLN crystal, and affecteds the lattice vibration of the octahedron.
