档案信息作为一种重要的信息资源在社会的信息系统中占有特殊的地位和作用,计算机网络技术的广泛应用使档案信息管理进入现代化管理的先进行列,并为档案信息管理提供了可靠的保证。这是档案管理现代化发展的客观要求,有利于促进计算机信息处理与档案信息管理的结合,同时也适应了社会信息化的要求,提高了档案工作者的素质。
As an important information source, the file information plays an important role in the social information system. The wide-spread application of the computer network technology helps improve the file management become and supplies reliable guarantee for the file management. It＇s the objective need of the development of the file management and it can promote the combination of the management of the computer information and the file information, which satisfies the need of the social informationization and improves the archivists＇ quality.
