摘要
分析了卷染机恒张力控制的原理,研制了以DSP为核心的控制器,在不使用张力传感器的条件下,控制系统可自动对被染织物进行恒速与恒张力控制,以利于染色质量的稳定和提高。经运行表明,该系统运行可靠,节能增效显著。
The principle of constant tension control of jigger was analyzed. The controller with the core of DSP was developed. Under the condition of no tension transducer, the system can automatically controlled the dyeing fabric with constant velocity and tension, to stabilize and increase the dyeing quality of fabrics. The system is proved to be dependent and power-saving after running.
