复合材料降低柴油机噪声的试验研究

Experimental Study on Reducing Noise of Diesel Engine by Composite Material

摘要 在标准半消声室,用B&K3560噪声测量分析系统对4110Q柴油机整机和油底壳、飞轮壳、喷油泵、摇臂罩等零部件的噪声进行了台架试验研究。试验主要测量了柴油机整机在全负荷、不同转速下的声压级和主要零部件近声场标定工况下的声强级,并进行了频谱分析,提出了降低柴油机噪声的具体措施。研究结果表明,用复合材料覆盖柴油机的复合油底壳、喷油泵、飞轮壳、摇臂罩表面后,在标定工况下整机噪声声功率级下降2.2 dB(A)。 The noise of 4110Q diesel engine and its oil pan, flywheel cover, oil pump, valve chamber has been studied by the analysis system of B&K3560 in the normal Semi-anechoic chamber. The sound pressure level of the diesel at different speeds of the full load and the sound intense level of main parts at rated working condition has been measured, at the same time the frequency spectrum maps are analyzed. The specific ways to reduce the noise are put forwarded. After the composite oil pan, the flywheel cover, the oil pump, the valve chamber of 4110Q diesel engine are covered by the composite material , the sound power level of the diesel engine can be reduced 2.2 dB (A) at rated working condition.
