摘要
产权及产权制度的完善或完整会对社会道德良好秩序的维护产生基础性作用。对此,中外思想家有较深入的论述,虽有殊异,但都认识到合乎正义的产权安排对社会稳定发展的必要性；产权正义所要求的产权主体的平等性、正当财产权的不可侵犯性等思想于我们当今的社会经济改革有着现实价值和借鉴意义。
Perfection and completion of property right and property right system play basic role in keeping good order of socialism moral. The thinkers at home and abroad have deep discussion on justice thought about basic right requirement of internal man of property right, though the discussion has difference, all thinkers hold that property right arrangement which accords with justice is necessary to social stable development. The thoughts of equality of the main body of property right which is required by property right justice and the inviolable right of justifiable assets have real value and learning significance in current social and economic reform.
