摘要
通过调研数控技术应用专业社会人才需求情况,建立了毕业生就业的行业分布、岗位设置及对应的能力要求。研究了数控技术应用专业毕业生就业岗位群各岗位能力要求的培养方式、手段。修订了数控技术应用专业培养方案,构建了阶段性、分层次、模块化教学体系和以综合职业能力培养为主线,以操作技能训练为核心,层层递进,逐渐提升的专业实操技能训练体系及实践技能考核模式。
By investigating the social requirement for numerical control technology application talents, gets the ability requirement corresponding to industry distribution and post setting of graduate employment. Researches the training mode and approach to meet ability requirement of every post in graduate employment post cluster. Perfects the training program of numerical control technology application speciality, builds the periodical, layered, modularization teaching system, as well as the skill training system and skill examining mode which takes integrated occupational skill training as principle line, operation skill training as core, advances layer- by- layer.
