摘要
采用隔姜灸神阙治疗２７例支气管哮喘，治疗前外周血Ｔ细胞亚群中Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值及ＮＫ细胞含量均低于正常值。经灸治后，Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值及ＮＫ细胞含量均升高。同时，临床症状、体征均有不同程度改善，说明艾灸治疗支气管哮喘的机制与Ｔ３、Ｔ４、Ｔ４／Ｔ８比值及ＮＫ细胞含量升高有关。
cases of bronchial asthma were treated with ginger moxibustion on Shenque(R.8).The contents of T 3,T 4 and T 4/T 8 in T lymphocyte subpopulation and of NK cells before treatment were lower than normal values,but they rised after treatment.Meanwhile,the clinical symptoms and signs relieved.It indicates that the mechanism of moxibustion treating bronchial asthma is related to the increase of the contents of T 3,T 4 and T 4/T 8.
