摘要
考察16批先锋必素注射剂的成盐程度、理化性状、溶解情况及影响因素。结果表明,产品在贮存过程中的分解是造成酸度增大配伍出现混浊的主要原因,而未按规定冷藏是有效期内的产品出现质量问题的关键;如果降低产品的含水量可望提高稳定性。
The results showed that turbidness was related to the storage.The cause was that cefopera- zonum was resolved quickly at Common temperatures.If its water content is reduced,its stability will be improved.
