摘要
钢筋混凝土管片作为盾构隧道最基本的结构单元,其承载力影响管片环的整体性能。接头对管片环有削弱作用,使得对接头力学行为的分析显得尤为重要。通过对盾构隧道管片接头进行精细的三维有限元分析,得到接头的极限荷载及极限荷载下的应力、裂缝分布。研究发现,正弯矩作用下的接头强度取决于接头的局部强度;接头极大降低了管片环的整体承载能力;螺栓等连接件与管片混凝土之间的强度匹配也影响了管片接头强度。
RC segments are the basic structure units in shield tunnel, and their bearing capacity influences the segment rings integral performance. The weakening effect of segment joints on the segment rings makes the joints mechanical behavior analysis important. Through the elaborate 3D FEM analysis, the ultimate loading of segment joints, the relevant stress and cracks distribution are obtained. The results indicate that the segment joints local bearing capacity determines the integral positive bending bearing capacity of segment joints, and the segment joints obviously reduce the integral bearing performance.
