摘要
目的:考察复方银杏注射液中银杏黄酮苷含量测定的水解条件。方法:采用正交设计法,考察水解时间(A)、水解温度(B)、盐酸浓度(C)3个因素对高效液相色谱法含量测定的影响。结果:优化后的水解条件为:水解1.5h,80℃恒温水浴,10m o l.L-1盐酸。结论:该水解条件稳定,为准确测定复方银杏注射液中银杏黄酮醇苷提供保证。
Objective: To study the hydrolytic conditions for ginkgo flavonoid glycosides in the compound ginkgo biloba injection. Methods:We used the orthogonal design.to observe the effects on the HPLC assay of the hydrolytic time, hydrolytic temperature and acidity of hydrochloric acid. Results:The optimal hydrolytic condition was that hydrolyzation needed 1.5 hours at 80℃ with 10mol/L hydrochloric acid. Conclusion: The hydrolytic conditions are steady and can offer the guarantee of determining the ginkgo flavonoid glycosides in the compound ginkgo biloba injection.
