摘要
用聚羧酸盐减水剂和纤维素醚增粘剂配制了自密实混凝土,研究了砂率、减水剂用量、增粘剂用量对新拌混凝土流动性和填充性的影响,考察了增粘剂对新拌混凝土离析性能的影响,提出了满足自密实混凝土工作性能的最佳配比.
The self-compacted concrete(SCC) was prepared with polycarboxylate as superplasticizer and cellulose ether as viscosity-enhancing admixture(VEA). The effect of sand ratio, dosage of polycarboxylate superplasticizer and VEA on the fluidity, filling ability of fresh concrete, and the segregation property of the concrete were studied. The formulation to obtain a self-compacted concrete with best workability is proposed.
