摘要
研究了干热处理对大豆纤维性能和结构的影响。在195℃以下干热处理时,大豆纤维收缩率较小,白度所受影响较小,强力未降低,但可染性有一定程度的降低,195℃是大豆纤维安全干热加工的最高临界温度。干热处理温度超过195℃,大豆纤维易发生降解,降解严重时产生黄色降解产物,结晶结构也发生了变化。
This paper studies the influences of the dry heat treatment on the property and structure of soybean fiber. The research results indicate that when the temperature of dry heat treatment is lower than 195 ℃, the fiber's shrinkage is relatively small, the whiteness changes only a little, the fiber strength does not decrease, but the dyeability of fiber drops to some degree. Accordingly, the temperature of 195 ℃ is the highest critical temperature during the dry heat treatment process. If the treatment temperature exceeds 195 ℃, the soybean fiber is easy to degrade and the yellow degraded offspring will be resulted in severe case, and at the same time, the crystal structure also changes.
