摘要
目的:评价表麻下小梁切除术治疗慢性闭角型青光眼晚期的疗效。方法:观察45例青光眼的麻醉效果,术后视力、眼压、滤过泡、视野。结果:45例均采用表面麻醉顺利完成手术,眼压控制好,滤过泡形成良好,无视野损害。结论:慢性闭角型青光眼晚期小梁切除术采用表面麻醉安全有效。
AIM： To evaluate the therapeutic effect of trabecuelectomy under topical aneasthesia on late stage of chronic angle-closure glaucoma.
METHODS： Preoperative and postoperative intraocular pressure （Iop）. anaesthesia effect, visual acuity, visual field and filtering bleb were compared in 45 eye who had undergone trabeculectomy under topical anaesthesia.
RESULTS： Forty-five eyes＇ operations had finished clearly under topical anaesthesia. Iop was controlled perfectly, visual field was no worsened, filtering bleb was formed rightly.
CONCLUSION： Trabeculectomy under topical anaesthesia is an effective and safe method to treat late stage of chronic angle-closure glaucoma.
